All of the services offered are designed to improve the body, mind and spirit and release stress and tension. Our massage treatments include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, Reflexology, Hot Rock, Belavi and Reiki. We also specialize in Aromatherapy Wraps and Salt Glo applications.
Along with the customized facial treatments, A Relaxed You offers specialty skin care treatments which include Microdermabrasions, Chemical Peels, Glycolic and Ultrasonic treatments. Our retail skin care products are specifically designed to target problem areas and are guaranteed to give your skin a younger, clearer and more radiant appearance.
Both of our locations offers make-up applications and make-up lessons by licensed estheticians and make-up artists -- perfect for that special occasion when you want to look your best! While you are here, feel free to talk to any of the licensed professionals about our retail make-up lines, which are updated with the newest products and the latest color lines for each season!
Our Mt. Greenwood location, offers Yoga classes five days a week. Our Palos Heights location offers full and half body air brush spray tans.
Both location's are large enough to hold parties up to 75 people and can be customized to accommodate each individual group from children's parties to bridal parties or just a girl's night out!

Our Policies
Cancellations - Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, we ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment, to call the day before by 7pm (Saturday's by 5pm and Sunday's by 2pm). If you have reserved 3 or more services, and you need to make any changes, please do so 48 hours in advance. If we are not notified within these times, you will be responsible for 50% of your scheduled services. "No Shows" are charged the full price of the scheduled service.
First-time services that are one or more hours in duration, and any spa package, require that you pre-pay by purchasing gift certificates one week before your treatment. We reserve the right to void gift certificates for appointments not cancelled within our cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals - In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we must shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for the treatment will remain the same.
