• Sound Healing Session - $45 per session​ (must pre-pay to reserve your spot in this session)

Nourish the Mind Body and Spirit with the Power of Sound! A deeply relaxing, meditative hour of sound and vibrational healing, where you’ll experience restorative and rejuvenating effects while being surrounded in the sounds of Tibetan, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other unusual healing sound instruments. The soothing vibrations work to harmonize your body's energy, release stress, and encourage a sense of balance and well-being. Perfect for those seeking a moment of tranquility or a powerful tool for personal growth, our Sound Bath provides an oasis of calm in a hectic world.

​The event will begin with a brief meditation and intention setting and will close with several minutes of silence. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket and/or eye pillow. Arrive no later than 15 minutes early.
*Sound healing sessions occur twice per month and last approximately one hour.
